PHOTO CALL: Roundabout 2009 Spring Gala at Roseland

The Roundabout Theatre Company held a big band-themed gala, Take Me Back to Manhattan, at Roseland Ballroom April 6. Hosted by Nathan Lane, the evening included a VIP reception, dinner, live auction and star-studded performance.

Kathleen Marshall staged the musical revue that boasted songs from Richard Rodgers, Cole Porter, Harold Arlen, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington and the Gershwins.

Among those who lent their talents to the performance were Audra McDonald (110 in the Shade, Ragtime), Kelli O'Hara (South Pacific, Light in the Piazza), Boyd Gaines (Gypsy), Denis O'Hare (Assassins), Martha Plimpton (Pal Joey, Coast of Utopia), Brooke Shields (Wonderful Town), Jane Krakowski (Nine, Damn Yankees), Mario Cantone (Assassins) and Katie Finneran (Noises Off).
