The syndicated morning chat show "Live with Regis and Kelly" will feature five Broadway musicals during its upcoming "On Broadway Week."
Co-host Kelly Ripa will kick off the week April 27 when she meets the cast and crew of Disney's Mary Poppins, which plays the New Amsterdam Theatre. Ripa will don the famous nanny's costume and learn to fly.
April 28 will boast a rare joint performance by the three young leads of Billy Elliot the Musical: David Alvarez, Trent Kowalik and Kiril Kulish.
On April 29 host Regis Philbin will join the cast of Rock of Ages in a performance of the eighties hit "Here I Go Again."
Broadway week continues April 30 when the cast of the acclaimed revival of West Side Story teach Ripa a choreographed number, which she will perform with them in the "Live" studio.
"Live with Regis and Kelly" is executive produced by Michael Gelman and is distributed by Disney/ABC Domestic Television.
The program airs in the New York metropolitan area on WABC Channel 7 at 9 AM ET; check local listings.
