Free Outdoor Concert, with Gardner, Gurland, Dexter, Simeone and Watts, Presented Sept. 9 in NYC

The free outdoor Tudor City Greens concert series continues Sept. 9 at 6 PM (rain date is Sept. 10 at 6 PM).

The 90-minute program of music and comedy features performers from the worlds of Broadway and cabaret.

Hosted by Tudor City resident and theatre performer Raissa Katona Bennett (Phantom of the Opera, Chess), the event boasts the talents of Hector Coris, Cynthia Crane, Baby Jane Dexter, Rita Gardner, David Gurland, Peter Haas, Marcus Simeone, Uptown Express and Lennie Watts. Accompanists are David Caldwell, Sean Harkness, Mark Janas, Jim Followell, Steven Ray Watkins and Bill Zeffiro.

The concert will be presented in the South Park of Tudor City Greens Park. Concertgoers should enter at Tudor City Place between East 41st and 42nd Streets, between First and Second Avenues.
