The 5 and 8 PM concerts will feature composer Alan as well as John Barr (Les Miserables, Bat Boy), David Bedella (Jerry Springer The Opera, Rocky Horror Show), Annalene Beechey (Wicked, Marguerite), Mark Evans (High School Musical, Rocky Horror Show), Anna Francolini (Company, Caroline or Change), Alison Jiear (Jerry Springer The Opera, On The Town), Ramin Karimloo (Phantom, Love Never Dies), Rebecca Lock (Avenue Q, Phantom), Patina Miller (Sister Act, Romantic Poetry), Caroline Sheen (Mamma Mia!, Mary Poppins) and Oliver Tompsett (Mamma Mia!, Wicked).
Alan will premiere a few new songs at the concerts; following the 8 PM performance, there will be a special CD signing with Alan and some of his guests.
Scott Alan wrote the book, music and lyrics for the musical Detour, which was seen in Los Angeles. His current theatre projects include Piece, which was featured at the 2003 Palo Alto TheatreWorks festival, the 2005 NAMT festival and the 2007 Festival of New Musicals at Village Theatre; and the song cycle The Warmth of the Womb. He also produces the monthly Monday Nights, New Voices concert at the Duplex. Alan's music is available on his website, scottalan.net, and at iTunes.

Money raised from the VIP tickets will go towards the medical care of Lindsay Thomas, the Broadway performer from Hairspray who has recently been diagnosed with stage-four lung cancer.
