Casting is now complete for the L.A. Theatre Works production of Kaufman and Hart's Once in a Lifetime.

Moss Hart's son, Chris Hart, directs the production that has added cast members Caroline Aaron, Jen Dede, Jeanie Hackett, Katharine Leonard, Joe Liss, Michael Manuel, Kellie Matteson, Jon Matthews and Sarah Rafferty.

As previously reported, Edward Asner ("Mary Tyler Moore") and Jonathan Silverman (Brighton Beach Memoirs) will star as two "down-and-out vaudevillians who hatch a hare-brained scheme to 'make it big' in Tinsel Town. Their plan? To open a voice academy for the witless stars of silent movies. The only things standing in their way are ditzy starlets and power-hungry movie moguls."

Kaufman and Hart's Once in a Lifetime will run Oct. 21-25 at the Skirball Cultural Center. Susan Albert Loewenberg produces the LATW run.

As with all LATW productions, Once in a Lifetime will be recorded and broadcast on LATW's nationally syndicated radio theatre series, "The Play's the Thing."

For tickets to any of "The Play's the Thing" productions at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Boulevard, call the L.A. Theatre Works box office at (310) 827-0889.
