The Donmar Warehouse production of Four Quartets, combining the works of Beethoven and T.S. Eliot, will be presented as part of Lincoln Center's Great Performers in December.

Tony winner Stephen Dillane, who will also headline the Bridge Project performances of As You Like It and The Tempest at BAM in 2010, will read the poetry of T.S. Eliot in the evening that includes Beethoven's Quartet in A minor, opus 132. The performances will take place at 8 PM on Dec. 2 and 3 at the Baryshnikov Arts Center.

Dillane will also participate in One Evening, a pairing of Schubert's "Winterreise," one of Samuel Beckett's favorite pieces of music, with the work of the late playwright. One Evening is presented at 8 PM on Dec. 9 and 11 in the Gerald W. Lynch Theater.

Katie Mitchell, who staged the Virginia Woolf's Waves at Lincoln Center last season, directs both presentations that are presented as part of the New Visions series.
