Wolves at the Window cast members include Jeremy Booth, Gus Brown, Anna Francolini and Sarah Moyle. Production design is by Maureen Freedman, with lighting design by Richard Howell, and sound design and music by Tim Digby-Bell.
Here's how the presenters bill the show: "Discover why you must never tell the truth, marvel at why being nice never pays, and understand the complex rules to getting one over your fellow man. Enter the offbeat world of Saki and his biting tales of immorality. This macabre, acid-soaked world taken from ten of Saki's deliciously demented short stories drives a knife into upper class Edwardian life."
Saki, otherwise known as Hector Hugh Munro, was a British writer known for his witty observations and send-ups of Edwardian culture.
Additional productions presented as part of Brits Off-Broadway are Alan Ayckbourn's My Wonderful Day (Nov. 11-Dec. 13); Mary Swan and Saul Jaffé's Merrick, The Elephant Man (Nov. 24-Dec. 13); Nichola McAuliffe's A British Subject (Dec. 9-Jan. 3, 2010); Simon Green (Dec. 15-Jan. 4, 2010); Fascinating Aida is Absolutely Miraculous (Dec. 16-Jan. 4, 2010).
