Barbour's Holiday Concert 2009 will be seen in Manhattan at Bill's 1890 Restaurant & Cafe Dec. 11-19. The evenings will feature musical direction by Constantine Kitsopoulos. Expect a musically inspired reading of Clement Clarke Moore's "The Night Before Christmas."
The Los Angeles concert is scheduled for Dec. 21 at The Colony Theatre. Peter Wolf will be the musical director for that one-night-only engagement.
Both concerts are being produced by Treehouse Entertainment Inc. and Roberta Nusim for TMA (Theatrical Marketing Associates) and will feature special guest appearances by Broadway and Hollywood artists.
James Barbour was most recently seen as Sydney Carton in A Tale of Two Cities. His other Broadway credits include Assassins, Urinetown, Jane Eyre, Beauty and the Beast, Carousel and Cyrano—The Musical.
