Huber (Beauty and the Beast, Into the Woods, Sunset Boulevard) will portray Maria opposite stage veteran Dvorsky (Passion, Scarlet Pimpernel, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) as Captain Von Trapp.
The Von Trapp children will be played by Jessica Ferguson as Liesl, Ryne Nardecchia as Friedrich, Caroline Taylor as Louisa, Ian Tonroy as Kurt, Gabby Gillespie as Brigitta, Aiden Snasdell as Marta and Mandy Miller as Gretl.
Additional principal casting includes Susan Shofner (Mother Abbess), Doris Davis (Elsa Schraeder), Illich Guardiola (Max Detweiler), Ryan Kennedy (Rolf), Steve Bullit (Franz), Al Bundonis (Herr Zeller), Kevin Cooney (Oberst Von Schreiber), Theresa Nelson (Frau Schmidt) and Misty Robertson (Fraulein Schwieger).

The Sound of Music, the 1960 Tony Award winner for Best Musical, features music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, with a book penned by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. The 1965 film adaptation earned five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
Songs from the stage production include "My Favorite Things," "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," Do-Re-Mi," "So Long, Farewell," "The Lonely Goatherd," "Edelweiss," "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" and the title song.
