Liz McCartney Will Sing On New Year's Eve

Liz McCartney, whose Broadway credits include South Pacific, Mamma Mia! and Taboo, will perform at the Laurie Beechman Theatre on New Year's Eve.

McCartney will be backed by the Ray Fellman Trio. Expect tunes from The Great White Way as well as a tribute to the late Rosemary Clooney, McCartney's musical muse.

The evening will begin at 8 PM with hors d'oeuvres followed by a three-course dinner at 8:30 PM, McCartney's 10:15 PM performance and a champagne toast.

Liz McCartney, who is currently in the Broadway revival of South Pacific, also starred on Broadway in Mamma Mia!, Taboo, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera and the short-lived musical Dance of the Vampires. She also spent nearly two years in the Boston production of Nunsense, and her regional credits include Paint Your Wagon, The Rocky Horror Show and Fifty Million Frenchmen. McCartney was seen Off-Broadway in the musical Bingo, in the Paper Mill Playhouse production of Pirates! and the George Street Playhouse mounting of Souvenir.
