Perlman Added to Dec. 7 Celebrity Autobiography Readings

Rhea Perlman joins Tony winner Martin Short, Ryan Reynolds and Rita Wilson for the Celebrity Autobiography event Dec. 7 at the Triad Theater.



Perlman ("Cheers") is newly announced to join the 7:30 PM performance that features Short (Fame Becomes Me, Little Me, "Father of the Bride," "Three Amigos"), Reynolds ("The Proposal," "Van Wilder," "X-Men Origins") and Wilson ("Sleepless in Seattle," "That Thing You Do," "Curb Your Enthusiasm").

The evening also includes appearances by Carol Kane (Wicked, "Taxi"), Rachel Dratch (Minsky’s, "SNL"), Sherri Shepherd ("The View"), Scott Adsit, Steve Schirripa, Dayle Reyfel, Alan Zweibel and series creator Eugene Pack.

Celebrity Autobiography, according to press notes, "features a line-up of rotating performers who interpret the actual words and stories written by the famous and the infamous, in both solo and ensemble 'chamber' pieces."

Newly added tell-alls include Miley Cyrus' "Miles to Go" and the Jonas Brothers' "Burning Up." They join a list of true words from Ivana Trump, Vanna White, Mr. T, Star Jones, Kenny Loggins, Tommy Lee, Sylvester Stallone, 'N Sync, Zsa Zsa Gabor, David Cassidy, Neil Sedaka, Britney Spears, Madonna, Burt Reynolds, Loni Anderson, Elizabeth Taylor, Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.
