Boyd Gaines Will Join Rondi Charleston for Holiday Concert

Tony Award winner Boyd Gaines will join singer-songwriter Rondi Charleston for her upcoming performance at The Westport County Playhouse.

Entitled Rondi Charleston & Friends Holiday Concert, the concert is scheduled for Dec. 19 at 8 PM. Gaines and Charleston will duet on Frank Loesser's classic "Baby It's Cold Outside."

According to press notes, Rondi Charleston & Friends Holiday Concert will feature "classics such as ‘Winter Wonderland,' ‘Sleigh Ride,' and ‘Let It Snow,' as well as pop and jazz standards."

Charleston will be accompanied by her five-piece band, back-up singers and other special guests.

Charleston recently released her CD/DVD set "In My Life" and toured jazz venues across the country. A graduate of Julliard, Charleston was also a cultural and investigative reporter for ABC'S "Primetime Live," for which she earned Emmy and Peabody Awards. Charleston will sign copies of "In My Life" at Borders in Fairfield, CT, on Dec. 11 at 7 PM.

Tickets for Rondi Charleston & Friends Holiday Concert are $30.
