KC Rep artistic director Eric Rosen directs a cast that features James Judy as the story's narrator Jean Shepherd, Zachary Carter Sayle as Ralphie, John Bolton (Curtains, Spamalot) as The Old Man, Anne L. Nathan (Assassins, Sunday in the Park with George) as Mother and Jake Siegfried as Randy.

Completing the company are Becky Barta, Aaron Conley, Troy Doherty, Zachary Rand, Dakota Hoar, Alexiya Lourdes Mendez and Katherine McNamara with chorus members Patrick DuLaney, Karen Errington, Seth Golay, Jennie Greenberry, Katie Kalahurka, Orville Mendoza, Kip Niven, Alan Mingo, Jr. and Vanessa Severo.
