PHOTO CALL: The Merchant of Venice, with Pacino, in Rehearsal

The Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park production of The Merchant of Venice, starring Al Pacino as Shylock, is currently in rehearsal.



The show, directed by Daniel Sullivan, will run in repertory with Winter's Tale, directed by Michael Greif.

The company features Gerry Bamman (Antigonus/Duke of Venice), Francois Battiste (Florizel/Lord/Salerio), Byron Jennings (Camillo/Antonio), Heather Lind (Perdita/Jessica), Nyambi Nyambi (Lord/Prince of Morocco), Matthew Rauch (Dion/Jailer/Solanio), Richard Topol (Lord/Tubal), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Solanio/Young Shepherd), Jesse L. Martin (Gratiano/Polixenes), Lily Rabe (Portia), Ruben Santiago-Hudson (Leontes), Linda Emond (Hermione), Bill Heck (Lord/Lorenzo), Hamish Linklater (Autolycus/Lord/Bassanio), Marianne Jean-Baptiste(Paulina/Nerissa) and Max Wright (Old Gobbo/Old Shepherd).
