"The Talk," Chat Show Featuring Hairspray Tony Winner Winokur, Sets Premiere Date

"The Talk," the new CBS talk show featuring Hairspray Tony Award winner Marisa Jaret Winokur, has a planned premiere date of Oct. 18, according to deadline.com.

The show, which will discuss topics of the day through mothers' eyes, will air on weekday afternoons from 2-3 PM. Winokur will co-host with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Rimini.

Gilbert, who developed the show, will co-executive produce with Brad Bessey and John Redmann.

Winokur also appeared in Grease! on Broadway and recently hosted "Dance Your Ass Off" and appeared on "Dancing with the Stars."
