Once Upon a Time in New Jersey, is described as "an Italian-American fairy tale set in 1956 Hoboken. But Angie’s got it bad for Rocco (Cohen), the local hunk, whose sights are set on sexy dance teacher Celeste (LeFrere). When Rocco runs afoul of Celeste’s husband Billy (Gregg), the result is a series of hilarious misunderstandings and madcap misadventure."
Once Upon a Time in New Jersey originally premiered at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre in 2006. The work was first developed at Muhlenberg College Summer Music Theater Festival, and has been produced at the Village Theater, the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
