| Cary Hoffman |
Hoffman created and stars in the work in which he duplicates Sinatra's vocals on over 20 signature songs. The work centers on Hoffman's "poignant and hilarious obsession with the life and music of Frank Sinatra."
My Sinatra has been playing the Triad for over 16 months and will arrive at the Midtown Theatre on June 4.
The piece was originally written by Hoffman and Paul Linke, who also directed. It played a run at Los Angeles' Zephyr Theatre in 2008, prior to arriving in New York in 2009 in a revised form. That year PBS also aired Hoffman's "My Sinatra – The Song and the Stories."
Admission is free, but there is a one-drink minimum. To reserve seats phone (212) 873-4840 or e-mail mysinatranyc@gmail.com.
The Triad is located at 158 West 72nd Street.
