Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell directed and choreographed Hairspray, which boasts original Broadway stars Harvey Fierstein and Marissa Jaret Winokur reprising their Tony-winning roles as Edna and Tracy Turnblad, respectively.

The starry company also included Susan Anton (Velma Von Tussle), Corbin Bleu (Seaweed), Drew Carey (Wilbur Turnblad), Diana DeGarmo (Penny Pingleton), Mo Gaffney (Prudy Pingleton, the Gym Teacher, the Matron), Nick Jonas (Link Larkin), Darlene Love (Motormouth Maybelle), Tara Macri (Amber), John Stamos (Corny Collins) and Michael McDonald (Harriman F. Spritzer, the Principal, Mr. Pinky, the Guard). The ensemble boasted the talent of Bradley Benjamin, Denosh Bennett, Tiffany Daniels, Taylor Frey, Todrick D. Hall, Joey Haro, Amy Hillner, Chyka Jackson (Little Inez), Chauncey Jenkins, Derek Klena, Daniel LeClaire, Katharine Leonard, Kristolyn Lloyd, Tatiana Mac, NRaca, Jackie Seiden, Daniel Tatar, Jake Wilson, Timothy Wilson and Jessica Keenan Wynn.
