Terri White, who just ended a run in Broadway's Follies, tapping her way through the show-stopper "Who's That Woman?," will be presented with a special honor during the Jan. 30 Nightlife Awards ceremony at Town Hall.
Lucie Arnaz and Tony Award winner Bill Irwin co-host the 7 PM event, where the honorees offer a performance in lieu of an acceptance speech.
White has also appeared in Broadway's Barnum, Finian's Rainbow, Chicago and Welcome to the Club. She is being honored for her special contributions to New York nightlife.
Previously announced to perform during the 10th annual Nightlife Awards ceremony are comedian Ray Ellin, and jazz vocalists Allan Harris and Karen Oberlin; and Chris Durang & Dawne, the unique comic nightclub act launched in 1989 featuring the playwright and John Augustine and Sherry Anderson, who will be reunited for the first time in over a decade.
