Alan Cumming Will Offer Manhattan Concert to Benefit International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission

Tony Award winner and Emmy nominee Alan Cumming will perform in concert March 17 at XL Nightclub & Cabaret in Manhattan.

The evening will benefit the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC). Show time is 8 PM.

A 22-year-old organization, IGLHRC "works tirelessly both on the ground and at the United Nations level to promote LGBT rights, justice and safety." For more information visit www.iglhrc.org.

Cumming won the Tony Award in 1998 for his performance in Cabaret. He has also appeared on Broadway in Design for Living and The Threepenny Opera. He currently plays Eli Gold on the CBS legal drama "The Good Wife." Cumming will take on all the roles in an upcoming production of Macbeth, which will debut at the National Theatre of Scotland prior to a New York engagement in summer 2012.
