Patti LuPone, Cyndi Lauper and More Join Dee Snider for "Broadway" Album

Twisted Sister front Man Dee Snider duets with Tony Award winners Patti LuPone, Bebe Neuwirth, Grammy winner Cyndi Lauper and more on his new album of show tunes "Dee Does Broadway," which will hit stores May 8.

Snider, who played an 11-week engagement as nightclub owner Dennis in the Broadway production of Rock of Ages in 2010, puts his own spin on classics for the 12-track disc of Broadway tunes. It will be released on the Razor & Tie label.

Bob Kulick and Brett Chassen produce the album that also features orchestrations by Doug Katsaros and Rudy Sarzo on bass guitar.

Snider's autobiography "Shut Up and Give Me The Mic" will also be released May 8 by Gallery Books.
