Directed by eight-time Tony Award winner Mike Nichols, the production is playing a strictly limited 16-week engagement through June 2.

The cast is led by Academy Award winner Hoffman as Brooklyn-based traveling salesman Willy, who, at age 63, is becoming obsolete in a changing market, shaking the foundation of his family — including Obie Award winner Linda Emond (Homebody/Kabul, Intelligent Homosexual's Guide...) as wife Linda Loman; Andrew Garfield ("The Social Network," "The Amazing Spider-Man") in his Broadway debut as favored son Biff; and Finn Wittrock (Signature Theatre' Company's The Illusion) as "bum" son Happy.

The company also includes Fran Kranz as Bernard; Bill Camp as neighbor Charley; John Glover as Willy's brother, Ben; Remy Auberjonois as Willy's employer Howard Wagner; Glenn Fleshler as waiter Stanley; Stephanie Janssen as Miss Forsythe; Kathleen McNenny as Jenny; Elizabeth Morton as Letta; and Molly Price as The Woman.

Death of a Salesman originally opened on Feb. 10, 1949, at the Morosco Theatre. The production won six Tony Awards, including Best Play, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Play. The most recent Broadway revival, starring Brian Dennehy, Elizabeth Franz and Kevin Anderson, played 22 previews and 274 regular performances at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre between Jan. 22, 1999-Nov. 7, 1999.

A limited number of $30 rush tickets are available to theatregoers 30 years of age and under at every performance. Rush tickets are sold in person at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre box office (243 West 47th Street) when it opens on the day of the performance. There is a limit of two tickets per valid ID, subject to availability. The box office is open Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-8 PM.
