Liaisons: Re-Imagining Sondheim from the Piano, Featuring Work of Ricky Ian Gordon, David Shire, Presented April 21

A host of composers from the worlds of jazz, classical, musical theatre, pop and film are represented in Liaisons: Re-Imagining Sondheim from the Piano, which plays Symphony Space's Peter Jay Sharp Theatre April 21.

Conceived and performed by Anthony de Mare, the concert begins at 7:30 PM.

David Rakowski – "The Ladies Who Lunch"

For this New York premiere, Sondheim will also take the stage; he will be interviewed by Mark Eden Horowitz, author of the acclaimed "Sondheim on Music." The event will also include brief composer panels moderated by Symphony Space’s artistic director, Laura Kaminsky.
