Christian Borle, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Adam Pascal, Newsies and More Set for NYTW's Spring Gala

New York Theatre Workshop will present its 2012 spring gala, honoring board chair Barbara Warner Howard, Thomas Schumacher and Disney Theatrical Group, May 22 at the Plaza.

The evening, set to begin at 6:30 PM, will celebrate the artistic overlap of NYTW and Disney Theatrical Group and their partnerships, including the Tony-nominated play Peter and the Starcatcher.

Directed by Jeff Lee, the gala will feature Starcatcher Tony nominees Christian Borle, Celia Keenan-Bolger and Roger Rees, Adam Chanler-Berat (Peter and the Starcatcher), Merle Dandridge (Tarzan), Glen Hansard (Once), Adam Pascal (Memphis, Rent), Sherie Rene Scott (Aida, The Little Mermaid) and the cast of the Tony-nominated musical Newsies. Jim Abbott is the music director.
