Mike Myers, Rumer, Lyle Lovett and Sheryl Crow are among the performers featured in "In Performance at the White House: Burt Bacharach & Hal David: The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song," which airs from 9-10 PM ET May 21 on PBS stations.



Bacharach and David were honored with the Library of Congress' 2012 Gershwin Prize for Popular Song by President Obama. Read more about the event here.

The Gershwin Prize for Popular Song "honors artists whose lifetime contributions in the field of popular song exemplify the standard of excellence associated with George and Ira Gershwin, by bridging musical styles, bringing diverse listeners together, and fostering their mutual respect and appreciation."
