Broadway Sings the 90's Benefit, With Jenna Leigh Green, Morgan James, Russell Fischer and More, Offered July 8

The TRL Generation: Broadway Sings the 90's, a one-night-only benefit concert for Broadway Impact featuring late 90s classics, is offered July 8 at Joe's Pub.

The 7 PM concert, musically directed and produced by Benjamin Rauhala, features Steffanie Leigh (Mary Poppins), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked, "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch"), Constantine Rousouli (Ghost, Wicked), Ashley Kate Adams (La Cage Aux Folles), Lucia Spina (Legally Blonde, Les Miserables), Aaron Ramey (Thoroughly Modern Millie), Tracy McDowell (Rent), Will Blum (The Book of Mormon), Tricia Burns (My Big Gay Italian Wedding), Emily McNamara (My Big Gay Italian Wedding), Lisa Mindelle (Oklahomo), Morgan James (Godspell, Wonderland), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Hannah Elless (Godspell), Corey Mach (Godspell), Eric Michael Krop (Godspell), Emily Afton (Hair), Garett Hawe (Newsies, Mary Poppins), Eric Hatch (Mary Poppins, West Side Story), Jeff O'Donnell, Marrick Smith, Lacey Angerosa, Jessica Waxman and Jillian Soares.

According to press notes, "The cast will sing exciting new arrangements and medleys of music by The Spice Girls, Alanis Morrissette, The Backstreet Boys, TLC, The Cranberries, Britney Spears, No Doubt, Celine Dion, LFO, *NSync, Hanson and many more of our favorite late 90s artists."

The band includes David Cinquegrana on guitar, Shannon Ford on drums, John Convertino on bass, Susan Aquila on violin and Rauhala on piano.



Broadway Impact is a non-profit organization composed of theatre artists and fans who support marriage equality. The organization was founded in 2008 by Tony-nominated performers Rory O'Malley (The Book of Mormon) and Gavin Creel (Hair) as well as production coordinator Jenny Kanelos.

Joe's Pub is located at 425 Lafayette Street. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in advance at JoesPub.com. There is a $12 food/beverage minimum.
