As previously reported, Olivier and two-time Tony winner Patti LuPone, who recently concluded an acclaimed, extended engagement at the new Manhattan nightspot 54 Below, will headline the Broadway on the High Seas cruise. LuPone, who will return to Broadway later this season in the world premiere of David Mamet's The Anarchist, will be joined on the upcoming cruise by her Anything Goes co-star, two-time Tony nominee Howard McGillin, who will also be returning to Broadway this season in the new musical Rebecca, as well as actor, musician, Playbill columnist and Sirius/XM host Seth Rudetsky and Tony nominee Lewis.
The ten-day luxury cruise, a partnership with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has become a hit with hundreds of theatre-loving travelers since its inaugural voyage in September 2011. The third installment of the popular trip will make stops in Stockholm, Turku, Helsinki (Finland), St. Petersburg (Russia), Tallinn (Estonia), Riga (Latvia), Visby (Sweden) and Berlin (Germany) with the trip ending in Copenhagen (Denmark) on Aug. 14, 2013.
Broadway on the High Seas launched in September 2011 with a trip through the Mediterranean that featured Tony winners Brian Stokes Mitchell, Christine Ebersole, Andrea Martin and Debra Monk as well as Playbill.com columnist Seth Rudetsky.
