Here's Playbill.com's weekly "Last Chance" reminder to catch Broadway, Off-Broadway and world-premiere productions before they take a final bow.

Concluding July 29

Nymph Errant (Off-Broadway at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row). Tony Award winner Cady Huffman is featured in the Prospect Theater Company production of Cole Porter's 1933 musical Nymph Errant. Here's how PTC bills the production: "One of Porter's most sexy and sophisticated scores – originally censored in its London debut – will be premiered in this sleek new adaptation. From a Swiss boarding school to an Austrian nudist colony to a Turkish harem, follow the unlikely adventures of young Evangeline Edwards as she enters the world and seeks her true passion in this fresh take on a rarely-heard gem." The Common Pursuit (Off-Broadway at the Laura Pels Theatre). Roundabout Theatre Company's new production of Simon Gray's comedy-drama The Common Pursuit, about literary-minded college friends who are changed over the years, is directed by Tony Award nominee Moisés Kaufman. According to Roundabout, "The Common Pursuit chronicles 20 years in the lives of six friends, from their ambitious collegiate days to their surprising discoveries in the real world. Idealistic Cambridge student Stuart Thorne enlists some of his classmates to help him launch a new literary magazine. With the pursuit of great literature as their common thread, they become lifelong friends. But when damaging secrets crop up and business demands creep in, Stuart is faced with some unexpected decisions. Delightfully witty and remarkably poignant, The Common Pursuit is a captivating journey from who we think we are...to who we turn out to be." Visit RoundaboutTheatre.org.
