PHOTO CALL: Jennifer Damiano, Heidi Blickenstaff and Destan Owens Join Jason Robert Brown for Birdland Concert

Heidi Blickenstaff, Jennifer Damiano and Destan Owens joined Tony Award-winning composer-lyricist Jason Robert Brown for a one-night-only pair of concerts July 30 at Birdland. The performances were presented as part of Jim Caruso's Broadway at Birdland series.

One Night Only featured new material as well as tunes from Brown's Songs for a New World, 13 and the in-the-works musical adaptations of Honeymoon in Vegas and The Bridges of Madison County.

The evening included special guests Destan Owens ("Rent," Smokey Joe's Cafe), Heidi Blickenstaff ([title of show], The Little Mermaid) and Tony Award nominee Jennifer Damiano (Next to Normal, Spider Man: Turn Off The Dark).

Brown won the Tony Award in 1999 for his work on Parade. As previously announced, his two-person musical, The Last Five Years, will receive a 2013 New York revival by Second Stage Theatre.
