Created by Scott and Adam Hetrick, the concert — a mix of stand-up and rock songs — takes audiences on a post-card trip through the Texas native's lifetime of bad decision-making, from backstage stories as a kid in Evita, to spending New Year's Eve in a Texas jail cell and flirtations with homeless men on the subway.
Audiences can also expect covers of songs by Carole King, The Who, Judy Garland, Bette Midler and some original tunes.
Evita and A Little Night Music associate director Seth Sklar-Heyn directs the concert that has musical direction and arrangements by Jesse Kissel (Leap of Faith). Scott is backed by a three-piece band, led by Kissel. Showtime is 9:30 PM.
Scott recently appeared in the Ars Nova presentation of the new musical Taking Step Three13. She is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory.
