Jessica Hendy, last seen on Broadway in Amour, teams up with cellist Jacob Yates for covers of contemporary hit songs. Here's a look at their versions of "…Baby One More Time," "Edge of Glory" and "Call Me Maybe/What Makes You Beautiful."

Hendy met Yates, a classically trained musician, during the run of Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati's Next to Normal, where she starred as Diana Goodman and he was a member of the production's orchestra.

The singing actress will also offer her cabaret show Take What You Want Sept. 10 at the M Bar in Los Angeles. At the 8 PM concert, she will be joined by Mike Schwitter, who is currently on tour with the The Book of Mormon and was also seen in Cincinnati's Next to Normal.
