Tony Award Nominee Anna Kendrick (High Society), Anna Camp (Equus), Skylar Astin (Spring Awakening), Rebel Wilson and more sing in the new musical film comedy "Pitch Perfect," directed by Jason Moore.

Universal and Gold Circle Films acquired the rights to the film, based on the Mickey Rapkin non-fiction book "Pitch Perfect: The Quest for Collegiate A Cappella Glory," which follows three real-life powerhouse a cappella groups.

Kay Cannon and Jeff Roda penned the screenplay. Paul Brooks, Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman produced.

The film is slated for a limited release on Sept. 28 and will be in theatres nationwide Oct. 5.
