Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, who originated the roles of Roger Davis and Mark Cohen, respectively, in the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Rent, celebrate their birthdays Oct. 25 (Pascal) and Oct. 26 (Rapp).

Pascal and Rapp, who are known for their work on Rent, reprised their roles in the 2005 film adaptation, returned to the Broadway musical throughout its 12-year run and appeared in various touring productions as a couple of bohemian artists living in New York City's East Village.

Separately, Pascal was Tony-nominated for his Rent performance and has also been seen on Broadway in Memphis, Aida and Cabaret. Rapp was awarded the Outer Critics Circle Award for his performance in Precious Sons and has also been seen in Six Degrees of Separation and You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

Here, we look back at their careers with performances from Rent, concert appearances and highlights from their other roles on Broadway.

Happy birthday, boys!
