The 8:30 PM concert featured Jackson performing Music of the Mad Men Era with members of the National Symphony Orchestra.

The evening, which Jackson performed at Carnegie Hall last year, "showcases the sounds of the ‘50’s and ‘60’s including dance tunes, lounge music and bossa nova beats."

Following the show, there was a Grand Foyer Party complete with live music, dancing and a balloon countdown to midnight, free for all Kennedy Center patrons with any Dec. 31 evening performance ticket or Roof Terrace Restaurant receipt from that evening.
