At the store event, at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, three-time Tony Award nominee Luker (Show Boat, The Music Man, Mary Poppins) will be singing selections from "I Got Love: Songs of Jerome Kern," which gets released the next day, Jan. 29. She will then be joined by Heidi Blickenstaff, Philip Chaffin, Graham Rowat and Matthew Scott in a set of selections from the recently released studio recording of the David Loud-crafted Kern revue, The Land Where the Good Songs Go. Luker is heard on both releases. All five artists will be signing CDs.
Here's the Jerome Kern-Yip Harburg song "Can't Help Singing," from the new PS Classics album "I Got Love: Songs of Jerome Kern":

Because Luker's album doesn't hit streets until Tuesday, customers attending the instore will need to buy the CD on site if they want a disc signed; Barnes & Noble will begin selling it a day early to accommodate need. The albums are also available at psclassics.com.
