Matthew Morrison, the Tony-nominated Broadway star who rose to fame on the Fox hit television series "Glee," will release an album of Broadway classics entitled "Where It All Bean" — the first album off Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine's 222 label — June 4, according to Billboard.

"So excited to share the news of my new album release!," tweeted the "Glee" star. "'Where It All Began' is out June 4. Here we go ‪@adamlevine!"

The collection was produced by Phil Ramone and comprises 12 songs, including "Singin' in the Rain," which Morrison covered on "Glee," and "Younger Than Springtime," which he performed nightly in the Tony Award-winning revival of South Pacific.

In addition to the album release, Morrison will star in a new PBS special airing June 1 called "Where It All Began — Live From the Bushnell," shot in Hartford.

Morrison, who was Tony-nominated for his performance in The Light in the Piazza, has also appeared on Broadway in Footloose, The Rocky Horror Show, Hairspray, A Naked Girl on the Appian Way and South Pacific. Morrison's self-titled debut album was released in May 2011 and topped out at No. 24 on the Billboard 200.
