Aaron Tveit, who starred in the film adaptation of Les Misérables, and two-time Tony Award nominee Lois Smith have been cast in an untitled short film directed by fashion designer Georgina Chapman — the wife of film producer Harvey Weinstein — according to Showbiz411.com.
Also attached to the Project Imagination film, penned by English author Neil Gaiman, is model Dree Hemingway. The short will follow two children who have the power to fly, but give it up as they get older.
Smith was nominated for the Tony Award in 1990 for her performance in The Grapes of Wrath and again in 1996 for Buried Child.
Tveit, who also stars in television's "Graceland," has been seen on Broadway in Catch Me If You Can, Next to Normal, Wicked and Hairspray. Click here to read about his recent New York City cabaret debut.
