Love, Loss, and What I Wore, starring Mary Birdsong (Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, Hairspray) and Kate Flannery ("The Office"), will play the Suzanne Roberts Theatre June 25-July 7.
Directed by Karen Carpenter, the cast also includes Aisha de Haas (Road Show; Caroline, or Change), Ashley Austin Morris (Die Mommie Die, "The Good Wife") and Joyce Van Patten ("As the World Turns," "Desperate Housewives").
Love, Loss, and What I Wore was written by sisters Nora and Delia Ephron and is based on the book by Ilene Beckerman.
"Like the popular book, the show uses clothing, accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories to which all women can relate," press notes state.
"We could not be more excited to re-launch our Summer Comedy Series with this delightful production. Nora and Delia Ephron's trademark wit and wisdom have never been more in evidence and our amazing cast could not be more winning," executive producing director Sara Garonzik said in a statement.
