Morton and Martindale shared the honor with Emily Meade and Louisa Krause. All four actresses performed in the film "Bluebird," which was directed by Lance Edmands.
Additional honors went to director Ben Wheatley, who received a special jury prize for his 17th-century period film "A Field In England," and John Travolta, Oliver Stone and Theodor Pištěk, who received the Crystal Globe Award for Outstanding Artistic Contribution to World Cinema.
The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival began in 1946. Hosted in the Czech Republic, at the crossroads between Eastern and Western Europe, the festival has introduced film industry representatives from around the world to local productions and presented new films from the rest of the world to Central and Eastern Europe's industry and press.
