Tomei, who won her Academy Award for the 1992 film My Cousin Vinny, is universally known for her dramatic and comedic roles on stage, film and television. Her TV credits include As the World Turns; A Different World; and Seinfeld.

Marisa’s first stage role was Hedy LaRue in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying at Andries Hudde Junior High School in Brooklyn. She has appeared on Broadway in Wait Until Dark; Salome; and Top Girls. Other stage credits include Daughters; The Comedy of Errors; Dark Rapture; Demonology; and The Vagina Monologues.
