Dan Daily, Kim Martin-Cotten and Andrew May will seek out A Moon for the Misbegotten beginning March 6 Off-Broadway for the Pearl Theatre Company.

Pearl artistic director J.R. Sullivan will stage Eugene O'Neill's classic, which officially opens March 18 for a run through April 15. All performances take place at City Center Stage II.

Pearl resident member Daily will play Phil Hogan, with Martin-Cotten (The Merchant of Venice with Al Pacino) as Josie Hogan and May (War Horse) as James Tyrone.

The cast will also include Kern McFadden as T. Stedman Harder and Sean McNall as Mike Hogan.

According to the Pearl, "Centered on the passionate and lonely Josie Hogan and the self-destructive James Tyrone, a character modeled on O'Neill's own older brother, A Moon for the Misbegotten has been hailed as one of O'Neill's masterpieces and as one of the great works of the American stage. Having premiered in 1947, the play is a haunting exploration of despair, love, and resurrection."
