The marketing and advertising agency the Pekoe Group celebrates its fifth anniversary Feb. 24.
The agency was founded in 2009 by Amanda Pekoe.
The Pekoe Group's clients have included Natasha, Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812; Nothing to Hide; Murder for Two; Peter and the Starcatcher; Forbidden Broadway; Rock of Ages; Freud's Last Session; Emotional Creature; and Puppetry of the Penis; as well as theatre companies The New Group, Mint Theater Company and TACT. The clients also include Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Times Square.
Clients of the agency's design work includes Lincoln Center Theater Young Angels, The Eugene O'Neill Center, The League of Professional Theatre Women and Guy Fieri's American Kitchen and Bar.
The company filmed a music video with the original song "Five Years of Pekoe," written by Tor Hyams and Lisa Rothauser.
