TheAmanda McBroom Project, a presentation of songs by the award-winning singer-songwriter and performer, plays the Laurie Beechman Theatre beginning March 14.
The show, which was conceived by Eric Michael Gillett and Arthur Masella, will offer additional performances March 15 and 17 at 7 PM.
McBroom's compositions include "The Rose," "Errol Flynn" and "Crimes of the Heart." Her theatre credits as an actor include Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, Seesaw,Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music and Mame. Her screen credits include "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Magnum, P.I." and "M*A*S*H." The musical Heartbeats is based on her songs.
The Amanda McBroom Project brings both cabaret and theatre performers together to interpret her songs.
