Idina Menzel, a 2014 Tony Award nominee for her performance as Elizabeth in Broadway's If/Then, recently visited the "Late Show with David Letterman" to perform "You Learn To Live Without" from the new Tom Kitt-Brian Yorkey musical.
If/Then, the new musical about a woman starting over in New York City — and the two roads that she travels down to rebuild her life — opened March 30 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
"What I love about our show is that you encounter these moments every day," Yorkey explained to Playbill.com. "Especially in New York City, you see roads — literally — you might have taken, people you might not have met if you hadn't been on a certain subway train, who change your life…who truly change your life… What's really fascinating about [If/Then], for me, are the moments that happen in the present, and we don't know how huge they're going to be until much later."
Now it's time to surrender to the most thrilling Broadway show ever imagined... the longest-running musical phenomenon in Broadway history. Unmask your savings today, because tonight belongs to Phantom. Tickets as low as $27!
