Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski has joined the cast of the upcoming NBC comedy series "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," according to Deadline.com.
The series, from "30 Rock" creator-star-executive producer Tina Fey and executive producer Robert Carlock, will also star Ellie Kemper as the title character, who after 15 years of living in a cult, decides to move to New York.
Krakowski will recur as a rich Upper West Side mother who hires Kimmy as a nanny.
Krakowski received a Tony Award for her performance in Nine and was Tony-nominated for Grand Hotel. Her other Broadway credits include Face Value, Starlight Express, Company, Tartuffe and Once Upon a Mattress.
