Husband-and-wife actors Terrence Mann and Charlotte d'Amboise, who currently star in the Tony-winning revival of Pippin, will host Broadway's Best in Drag June 9 at the Abrons Art Center.

At the 6:30 PM event, Mann and d'Amboise will join director and producer Robert La Fosse for a "pageant-style drag queen extravaganza, bringing together ten fabulous performers from Broadway and beyond. Contestants will sashay through a three-round competition of evening wear, talent and interview, with audience members voting for their favorite. [A] one-of-a-kind tiara [has been] designed by Patricia Underwood exclusively for Broadway's Best in Drag."

The evening will include an open bar and raffle prizes.

Confirmed contestants include Crystal Demure, Douglas McGeoch as Didi Panache, Frankie James Grande (Pageant), Marti Gould Cummings, Patrick Rinn (Chicago), Sam Given (Zombies) as Millie Grams and Sasha Velour.

Broadway's Best in Drag will benefit ASCNYC and people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses by "providing peer education services, meals, clothes, transportation, housing placement assistance, and connection to healthcare."

The Abrons Art Center is located at 446 Grand Street. For more information and tickets, call (212) 645-0875, ext. 303 or visit ASCNYC.org or BestInDrag.org.
