Korey, Runolfsson and Cast of OB Listen Sing for "Radio Playbill" Oct. 20-Nov. 1

You may not recognize the name David Friedman, but his songs have been recorded by top vocalists, and he’s served as musical director on Broadway and for many Disney film classics. He’s Off-Broadway now with Listen to My Heart, a revue of his songs, starring Alix Corey and Anne Runolfsson, at Upstairs at Studio 54. They all join "Radio Playbill" host Robert Viagas for a concert performance of songs from the show, and to share stories about their lives. The show will be broadcast Oct. 20 to Nov. 1.
"Radio Playbill," a weekly news and entertainment magazine show of theatrical interviews, features and music, is broadcast multiple times each week on Sirius Satellite Radio's A&E, Stream 137.
A new 30-minute show debuts each Monday, with rebroadcasts throughout the following two weeks. Here is the schedule (all times are Eastern): New show Monday Oct. 20 at 1 PM, Wednesday Oct. 22 at 6 PM, Friday Oct. 24 at 5 AM, Saturday Oct. 25 at 7 AM, and Sunday Oct. 26 at 4:30 PM. Rebroadcasts continue following the ensuing week’s shows: Monday Oct. 27 at 1:30 PM, Wednesday Oct. 29 at 6:30 PM, Friday Oct. 31 at 5:30 AM, Saturday Nov. 1 at 7:30 AM.
