Edie Falco, due to appear in the Bryant Park concert

The annual "Broadway Under the Stars" concert in Bryant Park is scheduled for 8:30 PM June 14.

Side Show's Robert Longbottom directs the 75-minute show, which combines live performances and underscored movie montages. Backed by a 30-piece orchestra, performers are set to include Linda Eder, Raul Esparza, Sutton Foster, John Hill, Kenita Miller, Christy Carlson Romano, Anika Noni Rose, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Tom Wopat. Bronson Pinchot will host the evening, which will also include an appearance by stage and screen actress Edie Falco. Phil Reno is the concert's musical director.

Concertgoers can expect to hear tunes from the Broadway songbook, including "Summer Nights," "A Wonderful Guy," "Old Devil Moon" and "Hurry, It's Lovely Up Here." For the first time, WCBS-TV in New York will telecast the concert on Saturday, June 19 at 7 PM ET; check local listings.

The 90-minute toast to Manhattan marks the kick-off to the city's outdoor summer concert season. Montages of scenes from classic movies will also be shown on a giant screen in the park.

"Broadway Under the Stars" is produced by the League of American Theatres and Producers and presented by Time Warner. Bryant Park is located in Manhattan between 40th and 42nd Streets, off Sixth Avenue.
