Monty Python's Spamalot starring Tim Curry, David Hyde Pierce, Hank Azaria and more is offering American Express Gold Card members a first shot at tickets to the upcoming Broadway run before they go on sale to the public, Nov. 28.

The exclusive offer begins the evening of Nov. 10 and will expire on Nov. 27. AmEx Golders can call (800) 292-9465 or order online at www.BroadwayOffers.com. The box office for Spamalot at the Shubert Theatre, 225 West 44th Street, will open Dec. 6.

Mike Nichols ("The Graduate," "Angels in America") directs the musicalized stage version of the "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" set to have its world premiere at Chicago's Shubert Theatre, Dec. 21, 2004 through Jan. 23, 2005, before heading to Broadway. Previews begin at Broadway's Shubert Theatre Feb. 14, 2005 towards an opening March 17, 2005.

The self-proclaimed "lovingly ripped-off" stagework features a book by Eric Idle, based on the screenplay he co-wrote with Monty Python creators Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones and Michael Palin.
