By Andrew Gans
and Kenneth Jones
14 Mar 2005

Beth Leavel

A reading of the musical That's Andy will be presented March 14 at the Roundabout Rehearsal Studios on West 45th Street.

Jennifer Cody, George Dvorsky, Beth Leavel and Joan Barber will be part of the reading of That's Andy, which features music by Kevin Carter and book and lyrics by Crystal Skillman. Robert Jay Cronin, who conceived the musical, will also direct the 2 and 7 PM readings.

A previous reading of the musical was held in April 2004 at Ripley Grier Studios. That's Andy was described at that time as a musical about a young boy whose only dream in life is to play the title role in Annie. The original reading featured Christian Anthony, Brad Bass, Gene Biscontini, Alexander Brickel, Brittany Brown, Jedidiah Cohen, Miryam Coppersmith, Betsy DeLellio, DJ Gregory, AJ Irvin, Francis Kelly, Carolyn Konopka, Bill Kux, Robyn Lee, Scott Marshall, Johanna Pinzler, Shannon Polly, Carolyn Popp, Kate Pazakis, Daniel Robbins and Eamon J. Foley (Assassins, Gypsy) as Andy.

The Roundabout Rehearsal Studios are located at 111 West 45th Street on the 11th Floor. For more information and reservations, call (212) 501-4780.
